Post subject: Ace Fake Players

What it does:

Allows control of adding and removing fake players. (Bots who spectate).
You can decide how many fake players to add (they will spectate only)
You can name all the bots and they will be picked randomly.

Requirements:

Event Scripts v1.2 or higher

INSTALLATION:

Download the .rar file

../addons/eventscripts/ace_fakebots/es_ace_fakebots.txt

es_ace_fakebots.txt

es_ace_fakebots_db.txt

es_load ace_fakebots

Configurable options in es_ace_fakebots.txt:

Although this script still needs an auto counter to maintain number of bots on server, it does have a couple of useful features:

1. It picks the bot names randomly BUT stores them so it will never add the same bot name twice.

2. This enables you to use player chat to control the bots.

EXAMPLE:

in player say:
fbadd Will add another fake client
fbkick Will kick a fake client

I called this script Fake Bots as it is an old standing joke from one of our clan members. We used to argue that the bots were "real" and not fake at all...

Of course it should be called Fake Players.

Sorry about the one missing feature I have run out of time for today I will add it as soon as possible.

? This sounds interesting, what you have here. So you can do cexec commands on the bots spectating? O.o
