Requirements:

EventScripts 1.5 or higher

Description:

Download:

:arrow: http://addons.eventscripts.com/addons/download/cssportal

Installation:

1. Extract the addons folder into your game server's /cstrike directory.

1.Upload the cssportal folder to your web server.
2. Edit includes/connect.inc.php and install/includes/connect.inc.php
3. Go to your www.yoursite.com/cssportal/install/
4. After installation, delete the install folder from your web site.

Version Notes:

1.0 Beta - v1.0 Beta.

Please contribute to the project by fixing/reporting bugs!

Shoutbox is in development. More modules coming soon. From now on, this initial download will be known as CSS:Portal Base. New modules will be released in the CSS:Portal thread of the ES addons forum. This will allow you to install new modules without needing to reinstall all of CSS:Portal. When a new version of CSS:Portal (Base) is released, all stable modules will be added to the new base for first time installers.

Thanks! But the thing is, when I tested it locally it worked, but when i uploaded to a remote web host, it may have interfered with my hosts permissions, or something. But its still slightly buggy. And it worked, but it seemed like it was going too slow. So I still need people who are willing to test it themselves and help develop it.

EDIT: Yes, it's probably becasue I can ping out from the web server, but my host probably blocks incoming packets when it tries querying the game server.

EDIT (part duex): Yeah, Free hosts that I have tested it on (2) don't like the server query thing. So i'll have to have a config option letting the site know if it's a free host or not.

Hello! I've got 6 servers im going to try this mod on. 1 Tf2 and 5 CSS LoL.
I love the idea of your mod, as it has great potential.

At the time lightning landed next to my house so my internet is effed up but Ill try installing it tomarrow.

It seems its got great potential kinda like Joey's AddMaps

I'll post back if i get bugs or need help installing X_X

Not a genius with Mattie Es 2.0 but i believe the first bug is with the mattie ES directory :< I fixed it and ran es_load cssportal and then the script loaded

Edit: After I did the fix it worked perfect. I tried CSS shout and it worked flawlessly

except for that, with announce. might be on my end. idk. lol.
"Warning: mysql_fetch_assoc(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/kldzzz/public_html/cssportal/announce.php on line 82"

CSShout works good, Announce seems to be a bit bugged.

Anyhow, Nice job for a beta!

Hello! i've got a problem... when i type http://madaffakkacrew.dynamicweb.hu/cssportal/install/ and click the "next" button i've got this message :

and I am quite inexperienced on space like this unfortunately. If somebody would be able to help me what may be the mistake, I would say thanks for it!

I just remembered that many people have multiple servers on the same IP, but different ports. Next version will allow you to add multiple IPs, as long as the ports are different.

Version Notes:
[*] Fixed bad RCON detection.
[*] Fixed type L error stuff.
[*] May have fixed the "supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource" error.
[*] Fixed the delete server link going to announcement page instead of refreshing on CSShout page.
[*] Added a change log (click the version number in the footer to view).
[*] Added RCON detection to check for Bad RCON.
[*] Made the query to game servers faster and more efficient.

Script:
[*] Fixed the addon path in the zip file. It was addons > eventscripts > then the files, instead of: addons > eventscripts > cssportal > files.

If you fully installed version 1.0 Beta already, then just re-upload all the files, but delete the install directory. There is no need to reinstall. If you overwrite includes/install.inc.php, be sure to update the file with your mysql info.

Heya, ya nice getting back to you, website is off on a webserver, paid host, unlimited bandwidth yadaydaydaydya with Cpanel and most updated PHP yadayadayada. Our CSS servers run pretty much like regular CSS servers do, except for different GCpanel which is GameCreate, which my host, Jestservers uses.

Um current IPs are
71.40.223.80:21520
71.40.223.80:21720
71.40.223.80:21620
71.40.223.80:21820

Same IP, different ports and i only tested this with one server at the time which was 71.40.223.80:21520 #Rediflick Gaming - Jailbreak | 66 Tick.

EDIT: 1 added note for instalation guide, might want to add the edit to autoexec.cfg for "es_load cssportal"

1 Added thing, maybe you should add a customizable ingame Advert system so lets say when you update news and stuff on the website, you can do it ingame for the advert messages. Would be pretty cool!

Same error, and multiple servers running on same IP with different port do not work. I did a fresh install and removed the webhost directory and deleted the mysql with a new one.

Same error D: unless i did something wrong :\

Its odd tho, first time i did a test announcement it worked flawlessly, second time it didnt work... weird....
