Details:
Fair-Bet is a bet mod. Yes, there are already a couple of these out there, but one is outdated, the other has issues with bots, and neither work well with other cash mods like ba_bank, bounty, mugmod, etc. That said, Fair-Bet features 100% accurate odds and payouts, automatic bet correction to prevent over-betting, multiple bets, silent bets, and compatibility with bots and cash mods.

Cash is taken at the time of the bet and paid at round_end (instead of both done at round_end). This provides the most compatibility with cash mods and prevents exploits from buying after betting (if live betting is allowed) or other post-bet cash reductions (bank deposits, getting mugged, etc). Now supports automatic deposit of extra cash into ba_bank!

Bet for t (terrorists), ct (counter-terrorists), w (winning team), l (losing team), or r (random). Bet all, half, any (random) some (random <= half), most (random >= half), by dollar (500), by grand (2.5k), or by percent (25%).

Automatic bet correction prevents over-betting. When the bet is placed, the maximum bet is calculated based on the current odds and the maximum payout (default $16000). If the player bet more than this, it is automatically corrected so they do not risk any more than necessary.

Multiple bets are supported. If the odds turn, you can counter bet for the other team and cut your losses. If your original bet looks like a sure thing, bet more on them and increase your winnings. Got more money now after mugging that noob? Bet again! Additional bets are always based on the odds at the time of the bet, so there's no exploiting. Automatic bet correction still applies and won't let you over bet.

Enable silent betting and get rid of all the chat spam. Players still receive their bet messages and the end of round totals are still shown, but that's it.

Fair-Bet also features configurable (1v1, 1v3, etc) last man standing payouts. The LMS only gets paid losing bets against them after they become the LMS.

Betting opens at round_start and closes when either team is eliminated. Additional closing options may be configured such as: once the bomb is planted, while the bomb is being defused (may re-open if defusal stops), once X number of hostages have been rescued, or while hostages are following (may re-open if hostages stop following).

This version is smarter than ever with better bet handling. Random team selection (when odds are even or when betting random) now checks previous bets. If you already bet for one team, it will stick with them. If you already bet for both teams, it will go with the higher bet.

Usage:
Command Format: bet <team> <amount>
Team Syntax: t, c, w, l, r
Amount Syntax: all, half, some, most, 500, 2k, 25%
Examples: bet t 500, bet c 2k, bet w all, bet l half, bet r some

Features:

- Allowed betting (dead, live, or both)

- Supports silent bets (no more chat spam)
- Supports automatic deposits into ba_bank v2.1

- EventScripts v1.2.1 or higher

Latest Changes:

- Added option to change mod display name (default "[Fair-Bet]")

New version (v1.1) has been released. This version adds a help menu, odds command for getting the current odds (The odds favor Terrorists: 2:3), version command (Version 1.1 installed), and new team arguments: f (favorite) & u (underdog).

Version 1.2 is now available for download. Check the first post.

This version features support for multiple bets. If the odds have turned, counter bet for the other team and cut your losses. If it looks like a sure thing, bet again and increase you winnings. Automatic bet correction still applies and won't let you risk more than will earn you the maximum cash.

This version also features the addition of random betting. Bet for r and it picks a random team. Bet some and it will bet a random amount. Ex: bet t some, bet r 1k, bet r some.

Version 1.4 is now available for download.

This version features silent betting. When enabled, bet spam will no longer show up in chat. Player still get their betting messages and it still displays end of round totals, but nothing else.

This version also adds betting by percent. You can now bet t 20% or bet ct 73%. I suggest using bind <key> "say bet w 75%" and you can quickly bet 3/4 of your money for the winning team.

This version is smarter than ever with better bet handling. Random team selection (when odds are even or when betting random) now checks previous bets. If you already bet for one team, it will stick with them. If you already bet for both teams, it will go with the higher bet.

I'm glad you like it. If anyone has suggestions for improvement, I am glad to hear them. This script is very feature rich already though. There are a few ideas I am kicking around for new options, but I haven't decided if/how to do them.

That error is harmless, but I will look into fixing it. The next version is almost done and I will try to get this fix included.

Sorry. Yes, I looked into it and I know what is causing it, but I forgot to fix it before this release. I will try to get that done shortly and update.
