Just for you! I went ahead and took care of it.

Let me know how it works, It's untested but looks like it'd work.

If you tweak the #'s be real careful. Maybe I'll add Config vars in another version to make it easier to customize.

Erm? Maybe you did? I only added maybe 6 lines of code total but it has changed? V1.1 at the top? That or you didn't overwrite the old files or something? (Or unzipped the wrong zip file? I renamed this zip file heartbeatv11.zip whereas the old one was only heartbeat.zip)

That and the new code is pasted in the "code" block of the original post of this thread.

Mani's Admin Plugin OR ES_Tools (To upload files)
I wish I could get this to work.. Could someone please help with some Doc on this?
I have a downloads script. If I activate it server will not start. If I add "est_adddownload" any where in any .cfg result is non starting server. If I remove.... the server starts right up. Any help? Thanks.

Yea it is weird. If you saw where I was talking to him, you saw that "es_tools" works for loading sounds from the "quake_sounds". Why did you not code a option in your script to use "es_tools" like "quake_sounds"? Is it that difficult? Being the smart minds you guys are it seems all scripts using custom sounds should be coded to use "es_tools". Nato did it. LOL..... I am just ranting. Thanks. I guess I could just go back to using Mani... for the sound downloads. With a script like this... I suppose it would be possible to make a fart script.

this works BUT keeps spamming the chat area with the number "1" without the quotes...

how do i turn that off please?

That was a mistake on my part. It was a debug message that I left in.

find the line that says es_msg (there is only one) and delete it competely.

Sorry about that. Let me know if ya see anything else odd with it.

The original post reflects newest version V2.0

It's a COMPLETE rewrite.

The sounds have been changed and renamed to prevent confusion.

Upgraders:

Delete the sounds/hb folder.

Everyone:
Download the newest .zip from original post of this thread.
Follow instructions given.

Sorry for all of the errors. I'm not a very good scripter.
