Requirements:Description:
    Credit to WaLLy3K for the new parsing system concept of steamid game pages.

    This addon was requested by HackerKiller to put an end to the Cafe Account users who keep hacking on his servers.

    Kicks and/or bans all players who's SteamID matches the criteria of a Cyber Cafe Steam Account (starts with 7 and is 7 digits long) and has a community game page of a cafe account. Includes a "white list" for both steamid's (steamidwhitelist.txt) and IP's (ipwhitelist.txt) so you can make exceptions to the rule. Includes a "banned list" (bannedlist.txt) that records all SteamIDs that are banned by CafeBans.
Download: Installation:
    Extract .zip file to your mod folder (cstrike, dod, tf, etc.).
    Add "es_load cafebans" to your autoexec.txt file.
    Restart your server.

Too bad all the cafe accounts them jackasses use are the one this system will ban for :)

Thanks for making this addon Ride guy!! I would recommend adapting the mod if more cafe accounts on different steamids setup are stolen.

*oops Call me dumb, where do I find the ability to just kick the id's instead of banning?

Also the cafeban isn't reading the whitelist.txt file. It will ban the person from the server. But bans people in the whitelist.txt file too.

Mygots and other shitleads from what I know use those 7 numbers. Our ban list can prove that. That is all I want anyways. Whole point of this addon is to stop their unlimited account BS.

I didn't realize a non-ban option was required. I'll add that to the next revision.

On a side note, I keep forgetting to give credit to XE_Manup. It was his idea to add the kick message, and to add the players name to the bannedlist.txt. Thanks XE.

It is a sweet system you have made sir. I thank you again. I do hope that kick option comes in when it does. If only this could be relayed into globalbans or into a single database on a website. It will be a pain updating 5-6 servers whitelist files.

Do you mean for the whitelist or the bannedlist? I think it's very possible to read/write a common file on a website. I'll look into it.

For both files I mean. So you can update the ban list and the white list all in the same way. Would make the script more appealing and more user friendly.

I've known him for a while. He hacks for hell of it.
He does use Cafe Account, he told me his last 1 fit the criteria, but not his new 1.

My friend mupet0000 has a steamid that matches that criteria, and he isn't using a cafe account, anyone using this would have successfully banned up to a million steam users. Be careful when you use this guys.

If your going to make a Cafe account banning mod, do it properly. As Joey said, my account matches the ID of a Cafe account but it isn't one.

That is why you get as many of your regulars/members to post their ids. We have a large whitelist already since I turned this on last night. We gave a few days for people to post. Once the kick option is put in, be much better.
