Installation:

* Download and extract to ../[mod directory]/ (e.g. ../cstrike/)
* Edit the config.cfg and bot_speech.ini; both can be found inside ../addons/eventscripts/realbots/, follow the instructions within those files.
* Add es_load realbots to your server.cfg and change map. Don't add to autoexec.cfg!

Plugin version 1.1.1 and 1.1.2 is designed to Counter-Strike Source!
Realbot is not compatible with bbank!
And perhaps even other plugins ... I can not fix it I am not a python developers
If you intend to use a script that enforces custom skin and you have Mani Admin Plugin
RealBot cause rare crash (not just RealBot, but the bots on your server!)
I think that this bug Mani Admin Plugin!

i added more to your bot_speech.ini and now thay dont talk thay will only talk when i say like yo (anything out of the [say] part of this file)

Its a really great mod and working without any problems. BUT the mod doesnt kick bots in my deathmatch server. I got 10 players in the server right now. 4 bots 6 humans. What i want is when a human joins the mod most kick one bot immediately.

The mod only kicks bots after next round.

Also the bot ping doesnt work.

I can not get the damn Bots to have a PING to save my life.. I have moved the files to the addons folder as they should be.. The bots are in game with the names and lvl of difficulty I set.. But they never have a Ping. it always says BOTT.. In the autoexec.exe folder I have es_load realbots as the only line. since no other mods need a line in there.

Can anyone help set me stright on what I am doing or did wrong?

My server is Hosted by go-networks. dedicated server. I have FTP access and all that.. so its not the server, has to be something to do with this mod or settings for it.

I have loaded the realbot files into../addons/eventscripts/realbots/

I have changed the realbots config so that I have 6 bots that should auto leave when a player joins and so they have Pings.

There is only 4 of them in the server... not 6..
None leave when I or friends join a team.....
They dont have any Pings.. still says BOT..

Any Ideas?

I know you can make your own bot config in the bottom of the realbotconfig file..

There is already like 40 premade... do I need to change these or put them in another file somewhere??

Sajmon83 can you answer my question plz.

How do I get it to add at least 3 bots. I only got 1 bot
and yes I have es_load realbot added to server.cfg

and I put for the kickbot when humans join to 0
and for max bot players I put 3 and still get 1 bot
and I can do the bot_quota 3 and still have 1 I dont understand what's wrong.

Make sure you are running the latest ES2.0. Earlier versions did not have cfglib, but the newer ones do. Also, make sure you have uploaded the entire ES package to ensure you have cfglib installed.

This Say-Commands reminds me of PODBot from 1.6

Hi, I followed everyone's advice but I cannot change the bot pings from BOT, and I cannot add any more bots in game.

Changed entry to server.cfg, removed the old bots file (I didn't change anything anyway).

Any ideas? I'm using the latest build.

i find the files are very tempromental one minute they were working perfectly then they stuffed up.

to get the pings working you can load the addon ingame with rcon es_load realbots this may work as it SOMETIMES works for me but ofcource if the server restarts or crashes you have to load it again

Hey my old friend Fred ,

I tried this today on a new CCS server and couldnt get it to fire correctly .. now if I use the Bot Menu I get bots and they seem to use your saying list but as soon as I leave the bots all die and I dont get any unless I add them with Bot Menu ....
maybe your right , Im blaming ValVe because they have killed alot of my work

Did you ever get the Bot Ping to work ... mine didnt either so I used the one in SourceMod and it works great ... I would have rather used an ES version but it never fired for me .
